Description:Dive into our engaging two-part lunch and learn program that will guide you through the prospect management journey, starting with effective database management strategies for prospect research and moving into strategies for activating prospects. In the first part led by Shelley Hindmon Weifenbach, we will focus on navigating the identification and qualification stages of moves management, exploring the evolving landscape of prospect research, and addressing modern disruptions such as privacy concerns and artificial intelligence. Attendees will learn about the critical role everyone plays in prospect research and data management, and best practices for tracking and maintaining up-to-date data. The second part led by Robert Koch will build on this foundation, shifting the focus to cultivating prospects. Attendees will learn how to leverage gathered information to build meaningful relationships with potential donors, balance proactive and reactive research, and prepare for cultivation meetings. By the end of this series, fundraisers will be equipped with the tools and knowledge to effectively engage, cultivate, and solicit prospects, leading to successful fundraising outcomes
