In the general session, our presenters will talk about real world examples of how the Donor Bill of Rights applies to your relationship with planned giving prospects.

A look at the Foundation for the Charlotte Jewish Community's Create Your Jewish Legacy initiative (CJL) that has resulted in the creation of over 500 legacy commitments from 255 individuals and families.  This sessions will include how you can apply some of principles from this program to your own organization.  (Phil Warshauer, Executive Director, Foundation for the Charlotte Jewish Community)
