January Lunch Meeting | Michael Rose | The Power of Awareness

Michael Rose was one of the founders of the AFP Chapter in Charlotte and a national leader in the development of professional organizations for fundraisers. He was a pioneer in the development of the CFRE certification the highest standard that a development professional can achieve. Michael is now the Principal with McMillian Rose a Charitable Giving and Philanthropy Consulting organization.

Michael has a broad understanding of what it takes to be successful in the not for profit environment. He is innovative, futuristic in his thinking and highly skilled in building relationships.

At this month's meeting, Michael will be speaking about the Power of Awareness. "In today's world it is equally important that we know ourselves and our constituents. Many people don't take the time to do either, thus creating a major gap between perception and reality. That gap is a huge problem for a majority of of organizations. I will talk about how many of the most successful companies and organizations are using information to create a level of awareness that leads to presence and success."
