Dr. Covill will address how organizations can answer: "Are we making a difference"? The presentation will provide an overview of how to demonstrate impact through outcomes, choosing metrics, and the latest trends in evaluation.\n\nDr. Virginia Covill is the Vice President of Research, Evaluation  Impact for Communities In Schools of Charlotte-Mecklenburg. She has experience supporting research and evaluation in the child welfare, mental health, and education sectors. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Council for Children's Rights and the Institute for Social Capital. Her passion is in creating better community outcomes through evaluation.
