Understanding donor behaviors and tracking just a few important data points can transform your organization's fund development program. We will evaluate tried and true measures to help predict how to grow fundraising, prioritize our time and resources, and identify ways we can keep donors and staff inspired. The workshop will include time to assess your current program, and interact with peers on ideas to build a multi-year resource development strategy. Every attendee will walk away with at least 1-2 tactical ideas they can easily implement--no matter the staff or organization size.
