Join AFP and a panel of nonprofit leaders from the Charlotte area (Tiffany Bryant Jackson, Jamie McCarthy and Justin Perry) to discuss candidly how to create a culture of belongingness in the work environment. With a goal of moving towards inclusiveness, panelists will discuss topics such as race, gender identity, ageism, and sexual orientation.
