December Monthly Program and
Holiday Social
December 9, 2015

AFP Charlotte invites you to hold the date for the December Monthly Program on December 9 from 4-5pm to be followed by the chapter's holiday social from 5-6:30pm at the Levine Museum of the New South.

The monthly program on inclusion-based fundraising will be facilitated by Valaida Fullwood, co-creator of Giving Back: The Soul of Philanthropy Reframed and Exhibited which is currently on display at the museum in a Pop-Up, Abridged Edition.

Schloars (plural) to attend 2016 AFP ICON!

The AFP-Charlotte Scholarship Committee has selected Skyler Serenbetz and Sarah Lanners to each receive a Scholarship* for the 2016 AFP International Conference in Boston.
Meeting the criteria of: AFP-Charlotte membership, full-time employment as a professional fundraiser, and a first-time attendee of the conference, Skyler and Sarah submitted compelling essays answering the question "How will receiving the Chamberlain Scholarship impact you and your organization?".
*AFP International Conference Scholarship up to $1,895
Scholarship includes registration fee plus reimbursement of up to $1,000 toward the cost of airfare, hotel accommodations and meals.
