Mentoring Program

Do you have fundraising knowledge and coaching skills you'd like to share?  Are you just starting your career in development and need some guidance and support?

If you answered yes to either of these questions, it means you might be interested in becoming a mentor or mentee.
As a mentor, you'll be paying it forward by sharing your experience with someone who was once in your shoes. As a mentee, you'll receive the benefit of learning from someone who knows what you're experiencing. You'll have a coach and partner who can guide you to be a better fundraiser.

If interested in either, please contact Jane Weaver at or 401-714-8182.

And we're recruiting now for members to join the Mentoring Committee. Contact Jane Weaver if interested in joining this group. We'd love to have you!

One Day Workshop

Mark your calendars for our workshop featuring guest speaker, Ian Adair. Ian is a three-time nonprofit CEO and fund development expert, who has raised tens of millions of dollars by focusing on ONE strategy - Winning Donor Attention.

Ian has spent more than 20 years learning best practices that lead to success in fundraising, communications, and organizational growth that values sustainability while driving mission awareness and program impact.

Ian introduced the nonprofit sector to the concept of Attention-Focused Fundraising in order to help nonprofits break through the noise, improve donor retention and engagement, and win donor time.

Senior Forum

Ready to join the Senior Forum Group? If you have 15+ years as a paid professional fundraiser in the nonprofit world, please let us know so we can send you notices of our upcoming events.
